Stakeholders

The stakeholders can be divided into internal and external stakeholders. The internal stakeholders are people working inside of the business, such as a board member. External stakeholders are outside of the business. An example is the customers.

Internal Stakeholders

Within this project, the project managers are the module coordinators, Eric Lutters, Roy Damgrave and Jos de Lange. Furthermore, the team of the project is the project group, which consist of the following members: Floris Kromwijk, Huub Rijnders, Julia Cyrkel, Nathalie Tuijp and Tessa Ariens.

Plus, every future employee.

Assuming Clover5 is a start-up business, other internal stakeholders appear. Research and development department to stay renewing, workshop employees to realize prototyping, IT specialists to develop software for the service and lastly a supply chain manager.

Clover5 strives to be an environmentally responsible company. Therefore, experts in material choice and circular economy will be present stakeholders inside the company.

External Stakeholders

To fund the project, investors are needed. See the description of the possible investors for this project. Groups or people who provide any other form of financial support are external stakeholders as well. Sponsors or financiers, for example.

Besides this, our project also needs suppliers, transporters, and vendors. Seeds and parts for the smart pots are needed, they need to be delivered to someone’s home and they can possibly be sold on a different platform than our own.

The most important stakeholders are the customers and the end-users.

Another group of people which is considered as an external stakeholder are inspection services, environmental activists, and competitors. They influence the company, in a way that even the business plan may be adapted to their actions. The company wants to obtain a good image, therefore it wants to show a good quality and values.
